Sandra Byrne is a practising Aromatherapist. Sandra offers treatments in Aromatherapy Massage (which incorporates Swedish Massage techniques as well as energy work, acupressure, reflexology, Thai foot and hand massage and other elements of massage modalities learned over the years), as well as Nu Skin Galvanic Spa facials, incorporating face, head and neck massage. Massages are tailor-made to the client's needs. She also offers Infant Massage courses to parents and caregivers, teaching them how to massage their babies and Massage during Pregnancy, offering massage to women throughout the three trimesters of their pregnancy. Sandra trained in Aromatherapy and Swedish Massage, as an Infant Massage Instructor and in Massage during Pregnancy in the UK - in London, Bristol, Newcastle and Ireland. Her first massage qualification (ITEC - International Therapists Examination Council) was in 1995. Others came over the years - mostly with the APNT (Association of Physical and Natural Therapists) and IAIM (the International Association of Infant Massage). Since 1995, she has attended various complementary therapy workshops whilst running her private practice in Bath, UK, Hout Bay, Cape Town and also Harfield Village in Cape Town, South Africa and now in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
